Trabajo Fin de Máster

El Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) consiste en la redacción y defensa pública de un trabajo original de investigación de Neurociencia. Tiene reconocidos 20 ECTS. Los alumnos pueden matricularse en TFM una vez cursados 35 ECTS obligatorios (Módulo 1) + 25 ECTS optativos (Módulos 2 y 3).

En el mes de febrero de cada año se anuncia el listado de temas ofertados de TFMs ofertados por los profesores del Máster, de entre los cuales cada alumno debe escoger uno, de acuerdo a sus intereses científicos. El TFM se realiza ordinariamente bajo dirección de alguno de los profesores del Máster, en sus centros correspondientes, durante 1 o 2 semestres.

Unos dos meses antes de la sesión de presentación y defensa de los TFMs, el borrador de cada trabajo será evaluado preliminarmente por uno o dos revisores anónimos, experto/s en la materia, que emitirá/n informes preliminares con el principal objetivo de aportar recomendaciones para la mejora del trabajo y, en su caso, la subsanación de errores. Cada TFM se presenta y defiende en sesión pública ante una Comisión Evaluadora compuesta por tres Profesores. Dichas sesiones públicas tienen lugar habitualmente en marzo y en septiembre.
